Does your products have warranty?
Yes. The products sold from this website has a 30 day warranty. (For factory renewed, 90 days warranty). If you find the product defective, you can inform me before the warranty expires. The product will be repaired or replaced, as the case may be. Please note that I will have to inform the manufacturer of the defective condition and thus, may take at least another 24 hours after I receive your complaint before an action can to be taken.

Can you gift-wrap the product?
Yes. You will be charged an additional $5.00. Please include this information when purchasing the item. I will send you a $5.00 invoice solely for this purpose. Additional Note: You can select from four different occasions for gift wrapping: Christmas, birthday, anniversary, and bridal. A generic wrapping paper will be used to suite the occasion selected. You can also personalize your gift with a To: / From: tag and a ribbon suited for the occasion will be included. Gift wrapping your package may delay shipment 1-2 business days and is available year round.

How do you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped via UPS ground.

What is your refund policy?
I will only refund your money if the item you ordered is no longer available. However, if you agree, you may also choose to order another item and the balance will be returned to you (if any). Likewise, if the new item you choose is higher in price, you will be sent an invoice to pay the difference.
